Lemon leaves (Citrus limon) come from the lemon tree, native to South Asia but widely cultivated in Mediterranean and subtropical regions. The glossy, aromatic leaves are traditionally used in culinary applications such as flavoring fish, poultry, desserts, and teas. In folk practices, lemon leaves are occasionally used for mild digestive support and aromatic baths, but they are less prominent in Ayurveda compared to other herbs.
