Chervil (Anthriscus cerefolium) is a mild, aromatic herb with delicate, feathery leaves and a subtle anise-like flavor. While not a classical Ayurvedic herb, it is valued in modern Ayurveda for its cooling and light qualities, supporting digestion, gentle detoxification, and calming excess Pitta. Chervil can be used fresh or dried in salads, soups, sauces, or as a garnish, making it versatile in both culinary and medicinal preparations.
