Chia Berry Pudding
Chia Berry Breakfast Pudding is an easy-to-digest, nutrient-dense breakfast ideal for starting the day. Chia seeds swell in milk, creating a smooth, pudding-like texture rich in omega-3s, fiber, and protein. Cinnamon adds warmth and enhances digestion, while berries provide vitamins and antioxidants. Depending on the milk used, the pudding can be more grounding (whole milk) or lighter and cooling (almond milk), making it versatile for different Doshas. This breakfast can be prepared the night before for a convenient, healthy start to the day.
