Saffron Milk
Saffron milk is a traditional Ayurvedic nourishing drink. Saffron has been prized for centuries for its vibrant color and rejuvenating properties. Combined with warm milk, a touch of ghee, and gentle spices, it becomes a nourishing beverage that particularly balances Vata and Pitta. It can also be suitable for Kapha in small quantities, especially in the evening when the warmth supports digestion.
